#4100–39S Optional Second Extender Bar extends Parallel to Patient

Rultract® Extender Bar with cross square allows for extension to midsternum. A second extender bar with cross square feature allows for placement of system more anterior or posterior to incision site. Also the cross square feature can change the angle to provide a direct elevation over the xiphoid, parallel to the patient. More options are available when used with the Spline System.
